Pausing for the present moment, and all that it offers, can be both a challenge and a gift these days. Arriving βhereβ and allowing ourselves to be fully present is as potent an act as planting seeds in the hopes of a beautiful garden or bountiful harvest. We know that with tender cultivation, plants emerge and nourish our lives and relationships. So it is with developing the skills to be fully present in our lives.
Come join in a spring series of mindfulness practices beginning Monday, March 20. The weekly practice sessions are held on zoom each Monday from 7-8pm (EST), are always drop-in so you come when you can, and are available free of charge.
Each session touches on one of the essential MBSR Mindfulness practices, with time to learn, practice and share each week. If you are interested in beginning to learn or in strengthening your practice in the support of a friendly group of fellow students, please join us!
The practice of mindfulness holds its own promise of nourishment. Humble beginnings and steady practice can produce benefits for our physical, mental and emotional well-being as well for our relationships and the wider community.
If you are interested, please let me know and I will add you to the mailing list for the Zoom link. Email me at liveyourpractice@gmail.com.
Hope to see you this Spring π·π·π·
