Deb Cook discovered at an early age that quiet time spent in nature could ground a life in motion. Deb made her home in Maine where she established a 30-year consulting career working with community-minded leaders and teams through organizational changes. She has led meditation and yoga classes and retreats in beautiful nature-based places since 1998. Deb is a graduate of the Palouse MBSR Mindfulness program and received her certification as a Mindfulness Teacher from Teach Mindfulness UK in 2020. Deb received certifications as a Yoga Teacher in 1998 and a Yoga Nidra Guide in 2005 from the world-renowned Kripalu Institute for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA.
Deb now curates her days from the coast of Maine with her husband, noticing beauty, writing, teaching and adventuring in nature. She counts playing and cultivating joy with their grandkids as part of her personal mindfulness practice.
