Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

On October 3, I begin a fall 8 week series of exploring the essential Mindfulness Meditation practices. I am so delighted to be offering this series, and to engaging with you all in learning more about the real-life benefits of mindfulness practice. There is still room to join the class, which is a hybrid, Zoom and Independent Practice, format. Please let me know if you are interested!
