Introduction to the Essential Practices of Mindfulness Meditation

Fridays, 9-10am*. January 14-March 3, 2022

In the 8-week Introduction series, together in a small learning cohort, you’ll be introduced to and practice the 8 essential mindfulness meditation practices. Each week, you’ll receive material to independently review techniques, applications and benefits of that week’s featured practice. We join together once/week for a guided practice and time to share learning experiences. Each week’s meditations will be recorded and shared with participants in case you can’t make that week’s live session.

“This series enabled us to connect as a community, learn how to access our inner self and share a skillfully-led meditation. As a result, I have discovered my greatest resource – myself. It was amazing.” JC Fall 2021

$65 for the 8 week session. ($35 if you have taken it before with me and are repeating)
