Winter’s Deep Peace Yoga Nidra and Writing

Give yourself the gift of rest and soulful integration as you begin the new year. Spend a winter morning relaxing into the guided meditation practice of yoga nidra paired with a supportive writing practice and invite body and mind to let go of the “to do” list and rest in the present moment. With yoga nidra, participants are guided into deep rest where the nervous system can generate self-healing and open to fresh energy.  With gentle guidance, students will emerge from the yoga nidra practice into a quiet hour of meditative journaling supported by prompts and wise guidance to integrate your new insights. Return home rested and ready to bring these practices into your life.

Spring Awakening: Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Nidra

Join me again at Maine Audubon’s beautiful Gilsland Farm in Falmouth, Maine for the return of longer days and springtime energy. This popular signature Deep Peace Practice class is open to all levels, no experience and all experience is welcome.  Each class will offer a mix of gentle movement and yoga breathing, meditation and yoga nidra.

Please bring your own mat and any other props you may like to use.
