Yoga Nidra 2.0 – Online Yoga Nidra

Please join me this fall for a restful restorative meditation practice via Zoom. This is not your typical yoga! Yoga Nidra is a guided deep meditation practice. Each Monday, I will guide you through some simple movement and breath practices to land and to calm the body and mind before moving into a full length Yoga Nidra practice. All you need is space for some simple seated moment and a spot close-by where you can lie in savasana (resting pose) on a mat or towel or blanket or sit comfortably in a chair. No one but me will be visible on the call and everyone will be muted so that you can make this your private, personal practice. I will record the class and distribute it to all registered so that you can continue to practice through the week.
This is a DONATION-ONLY class series with a suggested donation of $5-$10/class or $35-$75 for the series. To connect my teaching with this moment, I am donating 100% of donations to Voter Protection and Expansion efforts in this country.
