
MONDAY MINDFULNESS MEDITATION PRACTICE
Fall Session: September 23 to October 28:
Come together this fall to learn or refresh your Mindfulness skills. This fall we’ll revisit some of the classics: Centering with Body Awareness, Sitting with the Breath, Opening the Sense Doors, Lake Meditation, Mountain Meditation and Lovingkindness.
Monday evenings 7:00-7:30pm EST
Please join me for supportive, friendly “live on Zoom” mindfulness meditation practices. Whether you are just beginning or you have been practicing mindfulness meditation for some time, all are welcome. All sessions are drop-in and are offered a no cost. Come when you can or make it a weekly date with your body, brain and spirit! Everyone is welcome as we explore and support each other in strengthening our capacity for mindfulness, and discover its many benefits to our lives.

These sessions are offered at no-cost in the ancient traditions of both yogic and buddhist teachings. It is my intention to insure access to this practice that helps strengthen our abilities to navigate our personal journeys and engage in this challenging world with skillful courage and compassion.
