
WEEKLY MINDFULNESS MEDITATION PRACTICE
Spring Session: March 20-May 8, 2023
Monday evenings 7-8pm EST
Please join me for a supportive, friendly weekly gathering to practice mindfulness meditation. Whether you are just beginning to practice, or if you have been practicing for some time, all are welcome. All sessions are drop-in and by donation. Come when you can. Everyone is welcome as we explore the essential practices of mindfulness, and discover their many benefits to our lives.
Each session will include a guided mindfulness meditation and brief time for sharing.
Sessions will be conducted on Zoom

It is my intention to expand access to this practice that, to me, is fundamental to strengthening our abilities to engage in the world with skillful courage and compassion.
