Fall/Winter 2022 Weekly Mindfulness Meditation Schedule


(Fall session: September 12 through November 10. Winter session: Dec 5-Feb 2, 2023)

(all times listed are EST time)

Monday evening 7-8pm.

Wednesday midday, 12:15-12:45pm.

Thursday morning 8-9am.  

All practice sessions are drop-in. Come when you can.

All levels are welcome – if you are just beginning a practice, or if you have been practicing for some time. Everyone is welcome to practice and support each other in practice.

Each session will include a guided mindfulness meditation and brief time for sharing.

Sessions will be conducted on Zoom

Please RSVP with me so that I can send you the link to participate. All sessions are offered at no-cost. It is my intention to expand access to this practice that, to me, is fundamental to strengthening our abilities to engage in the world with skillful courage and compassion. Donations are gratefully accepted through my Venmo account.

Rested, we are ready for the world but not held hostage by it, rested we care again for the right things and the right people in the right way. In rest we reestablish the goals that make us more generous, more courageous, more of an invitation, someone we want to remember, and someone others would want to remember too.
